• Account data of service users (name, number, business name, language, preferences).
• Messages passing technically through the service, solely to provide the functionality (auto-reply, orders, payments).

• Providing the service (agent, orders, payments, support) — performance of the contract.

Number-check data is not kept beyond what is necessary for the check. Account data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the applicable legal periods, before deletion or anonymisation.

We use technical providers acting on our behalf: Vercel (site hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Whapi (WhatsApp gateway) and Anthropic (AI message processing).
